Do I need an appointment?

An appointment is highly recommended if you want to choose fabric and/or you need a price from an upholstery expert.

What is your lead time?

This changes weekly however we tend to run a lead time of 3-5 weeks once your fabric has been received.

Do you offer product selection assistance?

Our knowledgeable staff will walk you through the choices available and ask the right questions, to help you create a personalized and distinctive look that fits your functional needs and budget. In addition, we help you select colors, textures and finishes that complement your interior beautifully.

Is my furniture worth re-upholstering?

In most cases it will be. If it has a good solid wood frame, is sturdy, has lasted 10 years or more and is comfortable. Then re-upholstery is a good choice. 

Does it matter if old fabric is not removed prior to re-upholstering a piece of furniture?

Yes, it does. Covering over old fabric causes the new fabric to slide, thereby sacrificing a crisp look and causing the new fabric to wear-out much more quickly.  In addition, soiling from the old fabric can seep through padding and appear on the new fabric. Furthermore, the unsanitary aspect of covering over the old fabric speaks for itself! 

How do I get a quote for labor only?

The best first step is to email a picture and a description of the work you want done.  We can quote labor easily and quickly via email.  Email us at [email protected] and attach your photo.  If you could send in dimensions, that would be great too.

What is Railroaded?

A Conventional upholstery fabric has the pattern going up the roll. In other words, it runs on the length of the fabric, not the width. Railroaded fabric has the pattern running on the width, that is sideways up the roll.

Can I get foam or down inserts without doing full upholstery work?

Yes, and we have many material and density options to choose from.

Yes! We recognize the need for both competitive pricing and exceptional value.

My piece is small and not difficult to reupholster so why does it take many weeks to complete the work?

We totally get your question and try to get you the through the system as quickly as possible. Once your furniture and fabric are at our workshop your order goes into a queue.  Pieces are worked on in order of receipt.

We service FL and GA.

Do you offer pick-up and delivery services?

Yes. Locally, at no extra charge.

How long does it take?

That depends on the scope of the project. Each project is customized to your exact specifications. Once you place your order, we keep you informed of the project dates.

How do I pay for my product?

If you pay by cash or check, we accept half down, and the other half upon installation of the order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover
